Our shows are unticketed and ‘pay-as-you-feel’.

The venue is a gorgeous European style café lovingly converted from an old engravers. The venue serves a range of hot drinks, soft drinks and alcohol, as well as delicious cakes.
Driving? There is secure parking available at the nearby Cleveland Centre and free street parking on the roads off Garnett Street just 5 minutes walk away.

Blackhill Comrades Club has warmly welcomed locals and visitors to Consett alike for over 80 years. To this day, the venue continues to host a wide variety of fabulous events in its Concert Room, Lounge Room and Bar, from sport to music, comedy to private functions, and much more.
